Yet Wah Restaurant, as a Chinese restaurant in America, is of rich history: the first restaurant was established in San Francisco as early as 1969. The most prosperous year of Yet Wah was back in 1984, when 13 restaurants were in business. The one in San Rafael, California has inherited the fine tradition of the time-tested restaurant and is doing better and better.

No matter you are into northern or southern Chinese cuisines, you will find it easy to find something for yourself. Yet Wah serves Chinese dishes of both the two regions. All of the chefs in the kitchen are sophisticated and three of them are armed with as much as 26-year experience. That’s why the authentic flavor of the restaurant is well maintained. According to the knowledge of the owner, Mr. Wong, most of the patrons would like to order Pot Stickers and they also tend to introduce it to their friends. Another signature dish of Yet Wah should be Roast Duck, a traditional Peking dish, which needs to be cooked for four hours and the flavor will never let customers down.

Mr. Wong is always trying to make add some innovative items to the menu and every time after he gets back other restaurants, some new ideas are brought back. Patrons will never feel bored with the restaurant, as the promoted new dishes can always cater to their emerging demands.

If you are in the mood for some real Chinese food, why not come to the time-honored Yet Wah Restaurant for yourself?
